The following definitions apply to this policy:

• Order: Refers to your request to purchase Goods or Services from us.

You are entitled to cancel your Order under the following conditions:
1. For Goods (Physical Items):
• You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods without providing a reason.
• To exercise your cancellation rights, notify us via email at info@amigossurf.com with a clear statement of your decision.
2. For Services (e.g., Surf Camp Bookings):
• Cancellations are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy outlined in our Booking Policy. Please refer to the Booking Policy for details.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or confirmation of your cancellation for Services.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and no additional fees will be applied for processing.
• Promotional Offers: Refunds for bookings with promotional offers (e.g., free transfers, free surf lessons) will exclude the value of the promotion if the cancellation terms outlined in the Booking Policy are met.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
2. The Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Goods:
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized Goods created to your specifications.
• Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiration date.
• Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g., wetsuits).
• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:
• The Goods do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
• The Goods are damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or actions beyond our control.
• For bookings or Services, if cancellation occurs outside the refundable period (as per the Booking Policy).

If disputes cannot be resolved through communication, they shall be governed by Spanish law and addressed in the courts of Cantabria, Spain.

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical Goods within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the items meet return conditions.
• Refunds and cancellations for Services are governed by our Booking Policy.

Promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:
• Promotions are non-transferable and exclusive to bookings or purchases made within the offer period.
• Modifications or cancellations: If you modify or cancel your booking, any associated promotional offers will no longer apply. For example:
• If you booked free transfers for June and later move your booking to July, the free transfers will not be carried over.
• If a new promotion is introduced after your booking (e.g., free surf lessons for June), you cannot switch to or combine promotions.
• Discounts and promotional benefits cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases or bookings.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. Returned items must be sent to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returns. Refunds cannot be processed without the receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Returns:
We are not responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.
• If the Goods were marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A gift certificate will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
• If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to deliver Goods or Services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or other environmental disruptions.
• Government restrictions, travel bans, or pandemics.
• Any other events categorized as “force majeure.”
No refunds will be issued in such cases, but we will offer rescheduling or alternative solutions where feasible.
