To confirm your booking at Amigos Surf Camp, the full payment for the selected services must be made. After completing the booking form on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details. Your booking will only be considered valid once the payment has been successfully transferred to our bank account or processed via other payment options.
By completing your payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
• All personal details must be provided exactly as they appear on your official travel document.
• The minimum age for participation is 16 years (exceptions may be granted upon request—please contact us).
• Prices may vary depending on seasonality and availability. If there is a price adjustment before final confirmation, the difference must be covered by either party.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, Amigos Surf Project SL reserves the right to make modifications to bookings. However, changes will not impact the core services agreed upon, and we will take full responsibility for any issues arising from our side.
• Photography & Media Use: By booking with us, you agree that Amigos Surf Camp has the right to use any photos or videos taken during your stay for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us before arrival.
All guests are responsible for the proper use of camp equipment.
• Any loss or major damage due to negligence or misuse must be compensated by the guest.
• Some equipment (e.g., surfboards, wetsuits) may have restricted usage times for safety and respect for other guests. These times will be communicated upon arrival.
• All equipment should be handled with care as if it were your own.
• Transfers are available as part of specific packages and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival.
• Transfers will be grouped for efficiency, and pick-up and drop-off times may vary. While we ensure reasonable schedules, Amigos Surf Project SL is not responsible for missed flights, buses, or trains due to unforeseen delays.
• Transfer payments are one-way unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Transfer service cancellations require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for a refund.
• By booking with us, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in surf lessons and other camp activities.
• If you have any pre-existing health conditions that may affect your stay, please inform us before arrival.
• Dietary Needs: We cater to all dietary restrictions and allergies. After booking, you will receive a form to complete, where you can inform us of any special requirements.
Insurance Requirements:
Guests must have either:
1. Valid medical insurance that covers potential injuries, or
2. Travel insurance covering medical expenses.
Amigos Surf Camp does not cover medical costs for injuries sustained due to accidents, sports activities, or other unexpected situations.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
• Cancellations are valid from the date we receive written notice (email confirmation required).
• Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:
• 100% refund if canceled at least 2 months before arrival.
• 75% refund if canceled at least 6 weeks before arrival.
• 50% refund if canceled 4 weeks before arrival.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or missed activities due to personal reasons, illness, or injuries.
• Changes to Booking Dates: If you modify your booking and move it to a later date, any previously applied promotional offers will not carry over.
• Exclusive Promotions:
• If you booked a June offer (e.g., Free Transfers for June), and later change your booking to July, your free transfers will not be carried over.
• Similarly, if we later introduce a new promotion (e.g., Free Surf Lessons for June), guests who previously booked the Free Transfers offer cannot switch to the new promotion.
• Each promotional offer is exclusive, non-transferable, and applicable only to bookings made within the offer period.
• No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, their booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.
• Late Arrival Policy: If a guest arrives later than planned, the remaining nights of their booking will still be honored, but no refund will be given for missed days.
If a guest chooses to leave the camp early, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of their stay.
Amigos Surf Project SL is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters.
• Extreme weather conditions.
• Political instability or government travel restrictions.
• Pandemics or epidemics.
No refunds will be issued in these cases, but rescheduling options may be offered where possible.
Small pets are allowed upon request. Please contact us in advance to confirm your pet’s stay.
• We welcome travelers from all backgrounds and expect all guests to treat fellow travelers, staff, and the local community with respect.
• Discriminatory, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the camp without a refund.
All disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by Spanish law, and any legal matters must be resolved in the courts of Cantabria, Spain.
