Job Summary:

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and an eagerness to be part of an exciting entertainment program? In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting engaging social media content, actively contribute to our dynamic entertainment program, and become an integral member of our close-knit amigos family.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation:

• Produce engaging content for our various social media platforms.
• Capture moments and experiences using your creativity to showcase the vibrant atmosphere at Amigos Surf Project 
• Creating Instagram stories daily, following our content plan and meeting weekly deadlines.

Media Management:

• Send captured content promptly to our Social Media Manager.
• No need for extensive photo editing; focus on raw and authentic content.

Entertainment Program Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Entertainment Manager to capture and document all activities and 
• Be an integral part of the entertainment program, ensuring our guests have the best experience ever.
• Anticipate and support entertainment activities by proactively capturing content that enhances the overall program.

Transportation Assistance:

• Assist in driving guests to activities and participate in shuttle drives to and from the airport on Saturdays if necessary 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong organisational skills to follow content plans and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable using an iPhone for content creation.
• Hold a driving licence.

Changeover Day at Amigos – A Team Effort

Every Saturday is Changeover Day at Amigos, a vital day for ensuring the camp is refreshed, spotless, and welcoming for our incoming guests. This is a team-wide initiative where everyone plays an important role.

Saying Goodbye with Warmth

Our Saturday begins with heartfelt farewells to departing guests, ensuring their last moments at Amigos are just as memorable as their stay.

🧹 The Deep Clean Mission – All Hands on Deck

At around 10:00 AM, after check-out, the entire Amigos team comes together for a focused deep cleaning session for 1-2 hours. This is a mandatory task for all team members, regardless of department. Here's what we’ll tackle together:

• Stripping old bedding and preparing fresh linens.
• Sweeping and tidying guest tents to make them welcoming.
• Cleaning and refreshing all shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, lounge areas and Surf).
• Ensuring every corner of the camp is spotless and inviting.

This collaborative effort continues until all tasks are completed, with the aim of presenting our best to the arriving guests.

🍽️ Dish Duty – A Daily Team Responsibility

Throughout the week, we also practice teamwork at mealtimes. Each team member contributes 15 minutes to dishwashing after breakfast and dinner. Since our camp operates with a temporary kitchen setup and no industrial dishwasher, this small effort makes a big difference in keeping our space functional and clean.
